Yes! Remote support is part of all our support contracts, and it doesn't cost any extra. We will always offer remote support first as it means we can help you stright away. If we can't fix your issue over remote support then we will come on site.
It really depends what service you are talking about and what you want from the service. IT support can be set up straight away, so we can help you the very same day. Web hosting or dedicated servers can take a day to set up, ready for you to use.
We accept BACS, cheque or paypal payment requests. We also offer Direct Debits so you can split the costs of your support contract over 12 months.
We value our customers, big and small and we always give very competitive prices. For customers who take more than one service with us then we will always relook at their costs.
Panda IT Solutions has grown to offer 4 main services. Business IT support is our core service and our bread and butter, we have been doing it for many years.
