How long have you been in business?

Panda IT Solutions has been trading now for 10 years, offering IT support to all kinds of Small to medium sized businesses.

What makes you better than any other IT company?
The million $ question. The IT support market is saturated and it’s tough. We have been able to survive and grow we think because of our culture and attitude towards our customers. When you call Panda IT for support, there’s no red tape, no ticketing system and no faceless technicians. Do you offer remote support?
Yes! Remote support is part of all our support contracts, and it doesn’t cost any extra. We will always offer remote support first as it means we can help you straight away. If we can’t fix your issue over remote support, then we will come on site.
Will my services be setup immediately?
It really depends what service you are talking about and what you want from the service. IT support can be set up straight away, so we can help you the very same day. Web hosting or dedicated servers can take a day to set up, ready for you to use.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept BACS, cheque or PayPal payment requests. We also offer Direct Debits so you can split the costs of your support contract over 12 months.
Do you offer any discounts?

What other services do you offer?
Panda IT Solutions has grown to offer 4 main services. Business IT support is our core service and our bread and butter, we have been doing it for many years.
